SHIPPING:
All orders placed will be shipped within 1-2 business days upon completing payment. Orders are processed Monday-Thursday. If order is placed on Friday, order will be processed first thing the following Monday. Packages are shipped from Northern California (USA). I ship packages via USPS (United States Postal Service: www.usps.com). It's the most economical way, which I think everyone appreciates. Shipping addresses must be able to receive USPS packages, i.e. PO Box or residence address must have mail box. If you need your package shipped, but the Postal Service can't deliver to your address, just contact me by clicking the link below and I'll contact you with UPS of Fed Ex rates and we'll go from there. Please note that UPS and Fed Ex can be quite a bit more cost depending on size of package. FREE GROUND SHIPPING is offered for orders over $200 (Domestic US packages only). All packages are shipped ground (USPS Parcel Post 5-9 days) unless upgraded shipping is chosen during checkout process. Priority Upgrade (2-3 days) is 10% more than ground costs. Shipping insurance is also available for additional charges. I will ship internationally, most small packages start at about $12, and I ship USPS International Priority. For international shipping, contact me from clicking the link below with which items you are interested in and I can give you a more accurate rate.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
If you would like to request an item custom made for you. Simply email me by selecting the 'custom orders' link below to contact me. I will comunicate through email unless over the phone is more necassary. Simply state what your request is with as much information as possible; type of item (purse, top ect), style, shape, colors, facric, reference to another item of mine ect. As soon as I pin point exactly what you want I will be in touch to make sure fabrics, colors are still in stock or available. Custom orders will have an extra charge. Please understand this is because I design and create everything and is a "Gypsy Lounge original" and most are one-of-a-kind, and everything takes time.
